Transportation Specialist I – PRN/On-Call | No Guaranteed Hours

Responsible for driving community residents to and from scheduled destinations. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of community vehicles.Essential DutiesDrives residents to and from specified destinations as scheduled including doctor and dentist appointments, grocery shopping, recreational events and other errands.Monitors residents overall well being and reports any changes of resident status to supervisor.May train CLC drivers, including classroom instruction, and orientation to community vehicle(s).May assist with planned activities as directed including grocery store or retail shopping.  Ensures that Driver and Motor Vehicle policy guidelines are followed.Other duties as assigned.
